1.Raw material chipping section:
To make the size suitable for crushing, we need to chop wood peel ,wood
logs from the wood waste into small pieces, which is easier for feeding in
the crusher .
This process will need drum wood chipper to chop the wood peel and wood
logs into wood chips.belt conveyor convey the wood chips to next
section.
The power control cabinet control the power of the machines in this section.
2.Crushing and material sieving section:
Usually the diameter of sawdust used to pellet should be 1-3mm, so we need crushing the wood chips ,wood waste and larger sawdust firstly by water drop type hammer mill.
Sometimes the raw materials have impurities like stones or metal scraps. These impurities will destroy the pellet mill. So they shall be sieved by the magnetic iron separators. When crush the raw materials, there will be some
dust, so we use the dust collect system including fan, cyclone,air-closed aspirator and bag type dust collector.It will keep the producing environment clean. belt conveyor were used for conveying materials.
3.Drying Section: the sawdust usually contain much water. In this case, the
rotary drum dryer is indispensable. The burning furnace is supplying the hot air for the rotary drum dryer.
Raw material shall be pretreated well to achieve regulated moisture content
and size. Reduce the raw material’s moisture to a suitable level for pelletizing; Generally, the best moisture content is about 10%-15%.we use the dust
collect system including fan, cyclone,air-closed aspirator and bag type dust collector to collect the dust produced by drying process.belt
conveyor were used for conveying sawdust.
4. Wood pellets pelletizing section:
After being dried.,the sawdust were conveyed into silo and then feed into the MXLH470B vertical ring die wood pellet mill to be pelletized. Besides, the slide sieve can sieve the broken pellets or raw material powder to get good quality pellet.
The fan and bag type dust collector can collect the dust.
Our pellet mill has many advantages such as compact structure, beautiful shape, high capacity, low energy consumption, convenient to use and working reliability etc.The diameter of pellets can be 4-12mm.
5. Pellets cooling and packing section: the pellets have high temperature when produced by the pellet mill; as a result, a air-closed aspirator ,cooling fan and silo is needed to cool the pellets. To pack the wood pellets in bags will make them easy to store, transport and sell. The Electronic platform scale and hand sieving machine can pack then into small bags or large bags.
