Cattle feed pellet is a pellet form feed made by feed pellet machine through great pressure. It is a kind of feed that is not only for oxen, cows, cattle but also for sheep, and goat reared for their milk and meat.

Cattle feed pellets can be prepared from oil cakes, agro-residues such as peanut seedling, grass, corn straw, wheat straw, grain, wheat bran etc., flour mill by-products, cereals, sorghum,molasses, and so on.

Build You Own Poultry Feed Pellet Plant.

This poultry feed pellet plant is composed of hammer mill, vertical feed mixer,HKJ250 ring die feed pellet machine, cooler and shaking staged screener as key machines. 1) Crushing process---hammer mills

2)Mixing process---feed mixer
The feed mixers contains:single shaft double screw mixer, double shaft paddle mixer, vertical
mixer.
This feed line adopts self-priming hammer crusher and  mxier unit  ,which  is used to crush to raw materials and then mix the crushed materials with higher uniformity.

3) Pellet making process---feed pellet mill
We have five models of feed pellet mill for your choice. This process is to press the pellets out.

4) Pellet cooling process---counter flow cooler
The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature. This process is to cool the pellets to 
+3-5℃ of the room temperature.

5) Sifting process--vibratory sizing sieve and plenary rotary sizing sieve
This process is mainly to sort out the inappropriate pellets and powder and send the standard
Pellets to next process.
This feed line adopts cooler and vibratory sizing sieve  unit.

What is the flow chart of feed production line?
 there are many different answers.

Usually we need to know :
1.what are the materials do you use to make pellets?
2.Which kind of animal do you feed for?
3.What is the diameter do you want for the finished pellets?
Here we introduction one kind of standard flow chart of feed pellet production line.

1) Raw materials receiving and cleaning process--(drum sieving precleaner, conical powder sieve and peermanent magnetic 
drum).
Drum sieving precleaner is used to clean and sort out the big debris such as 
corn stalk, stones, 
rope head, branches, corn cobs and the small debris such as mud, sand and
 blighted grain. 
When the raw materials are powder, conical powder sieve is used to clean the debris in the powder. (And the machine can also be used after the mixing 
process and before the pellet making process to make sure the pellet mill can be smooth operation).

2) Crushing process---hammer mills

This process is mainly to sort out the inappropriate pellets and powder and send the standard pellets to next process.

8) Packaging process -----packaging machine
This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation.
The above are the main machines in the line. There are some auxiliary equipment such as conveyors(bucket elevator, inclined conveyor and belt conveyor), air compressor and boiler. We can
