How to make wood pellets from logs?
A. Preparing raw materials-hammer mill
All the logs raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine. If not powder, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.

 B. Drying process- air flow dryer
Before going to the pellet machine, the moisture of sawdust must be controlled in 10-15%. This process can be realized by a drum dryer.

C. Feeding process:
The dry sawdust is delivered by a conveyer into the stock bin which is installed over the feed hopper.  

 D. Pressing process- wood pellet machine 
After the sawdust delivered into the ring die of wood pellet machine, we can start the wood pellet machine. The sawdust will be pressed through rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the sawdust and extrudes it through the holes in the die.

E.Cooling process-counter flow cooler
The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature. This process is to cool the pellets to +3-5℃ of the room temperature.
